Changes to the Insolvency Forms

The Insolvency Service is undertaking an exercise to modernise and consolidate the Insolvency Rules 1986. As a result there are changes that affect the delivery requirements of some insolvency documents to Companies House from 6th April 2010.

New Insolvency Forms

F2.18 Notice of deemed approval of proposals.
F4.39 Notice of termination of appointment of provisional liquidator.
F4.41 Notice of Statement of Affairs with new attachment 4.17 Verified Statement of Affairs.
F4.20 Notice of Revised Account.
F4.47 Notice of Removal of Liquidator.
F9.4 Notice of Constitution of Creditors or Liquidation Committee.
F10.2 Notice to Registrar of Companies of Notice to disclaimer under S178 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
2.16BZ (Scot)* Notice of deemed approval of proposals.

* Note: Scottish Forms are not prescribed by the Registrar, these remain prescribed within the Insolvency Rules.

4.72 Coversheet replacing: Return of Final Meeting in a Creditors Voluntary Winding Up. Final Progress Report replacing Receipts and Payments.
2.23B Proposals no longer required to be filed with this form.
2.34B Final Report no longer required to be filed with this form.
3.3 Statement of Concurrence can now be filed with this form.
2.18B (Scot)* Proposals no longer required to be filed with this form.
2.25B (Scot)* Final Report no longer required to be filed with this form.

Note: The changes to the process only affect insolvencies starting on or after 6th April 2010. For any insolvency starting on or before 5th April 2010 the existing filing requirements remain. These changes do not affect Northern Ireland insolvency.
