Companies House is continuing to work on issues affecting one of our core IT systems, relating specifically to an aborted update on Saturday 23 August. This is preventing us processing filing transactions through our internal system although customers can continue to lodge filings with us and search services are unaffected.

All transactions are being queued for processing when the system is restored. We have made considerable progress in resolving the issue and will continue to provide regular updates as work progresses. We apologise for the inconvenience to our customers and thank you for your patience.
