Companies Act 2006 & Webfiling Seminars On October 1st 2009 the Companies Act 2006 updated and modernised the law governing the running of companies. There are a range of new procedures that affect every company operating in the United Kingdom, removing outdated requirements and introducing a number of options on how to run your business efficiently. Companies House products and services have also been enhanced as a result of the new Act. The time is right to find out what has changed. The seminar will cover the background to, and implementation of, the new Act.
