About Us

Focus Groups

We are continually striving to improve the services we offer to our customers. To do this effectively it is important for our organisation to have a broad understanding of its customers’ needs. One of the ways in which we gain and improve our knowledge is through our regional focus groups. Meeting regularly, these sessions continue to provide us with valuable feedback, so that we can address customer issues and better plan how our projects should be taken forward.

We currently have focus groups scheduled to meet:

2008

November
19 Norwich
20 Cambridge
25 Liverpool
26 Preston

One of Companies House Senior Managers chairs the meetings supported by the Customer Services and Customer Care Managers and team. The focus groups also provide the organisation with an opportunity to update the members on any developments that may affect them and more importantly, gives the members an opportunity to ask questions or raise issues for discussion, either with the group or on an individual basis.

Each group meets every six months and we are constantly working to broaden the groups in each area. If you are interested in joining one of the focus groups or you would like any further information please contact:
