Companies House to Change Contact Centre Number

In line with other Government Departments, Companies House is moving to a new 03* prefixed number, in place of the current 0870 Contact Centre number. The new number is 0303 1234 500 and is now available for use.

Customers calling this number will pay only their national call rate in accordance with their own carrier’s tariff.

We hope to complete the changes towards the end of the year and we are currently completing our evaluation of the new number to determine the extent of the required changes. Therefore, some correspondence may still carry the old 0870 number until it can be amended.
