Companies Act 2006 Final Implementation Timetable
 
Stephen Timms, Minister of State for Competitiveness, made a further Written Statement to Parliament on 13 December 2007 providing final confirmation of the implementation timetable for the Companies Act 2006.

Secondary legislation
We are aiming to make the fifth Commencement Order early in the week commencing 17 December and will provide a link to the Order on the OPSI website as soon as it is available.

The draft overseas companies regulations 2008 are now available for consultation on the ‘Regulations – draft’ page of the BERR website.  The consultation for these draft regulations will close on 7 March 2008.

Other draft regulations, for which consultation periods have closed, are still available to view from the same page.  Updated drafts will be made available in the New Year.
