Customer Services

To help us make sure we are maintaining our standards and to highlight areas for improvement, we welcome any views you may have regarding our performance, which may help us improve our levels of service. Please send your comments to:

User Groups, Focus Groups and Customer Liaison

We have a number of User groups representing the banking industry, bulk information customers, company registration agents, legal users and the wider information community.

We also arrange regionally based Focus groups. These groups help us look in a structured way at the issues affecting the quality of our services and to gain a deeper understanding of customer requirements, as well as to seek their view generally.

Our Customer Liaison Team provides a personalised support service. Each Customer Liaison Manager acts as a single point of contact for regular customers and is able to provide advice or assistance on the range of products and services available.

If you would like to attend a User or Focus Group or meet a Customer Liaison Manager please contact:

Mrs Marie Connors
Customer Liaison Manager
