The information available here is an extract from the Register of Companies and Register of Disqualified Directors, which are updated regularly. Occasional inaccuracies occur which we correct as soon as they are drawn to our attention. If you spot something you think might be wrong, please let us know so we can, if necessary, correct the database.
DISQUALIFICATION HOTLINE
To learn more about the Disqualification Hotline and to access an online form to send information about Disqualified Directors directly to The Insolvency Service, please visit The Insolvency Service Web Site by clicking here.
The Insolvency Service launched a 24-hour telephone hotline on 2 January designed to catch defiant directors and undischarged bankrupts who blatantly disregard disqualification orders made against them.
Information about defiant directors and bankrupts will be used with the intention of enforcing their disqualification and protecting the public from further corporate misconduct.
