Use form MR04 to register a statement of satisfaction in full or in part of a mortgage or charge against a company.
If the charge was created before 6 April 2013 - complete part A of the form.
If the charge was created on or after 6 April 2013 - complete part B of the form.
The continuation pages are optional. Use them if you need to provide more details.
Forms must be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
File online to register your charge information as quickly as possible.
It takes longer to process paper forms sent by post.
