Have you enclosed the £30* filing fee? (*£15 if filed electronically using our online webfiling and software filing services)
Is the registered office address correct?
If the SAIL address is completed, is it correct?
Have you completed the statement of capital, and is it correct?
Has the box to show the principal business activity been filled in?
Are the company Director and Secretary details correct?
Have you enclosed a form TM01 or TM02 to notify of the termination of any appointments of company Directors or Secretaries?
Have you enclosed a form CH01 – CH04 to notifiy of the change or particulars of any company Directors or Secretaries?
If you have indicated that a full list of members is enclosed, have you enclosed it?
Has the form been signed?
