Remove your company from the register

A company which has ceased business but does not have the assets to justify a formal liquidation may also apply to be removed from the company register.

In addition, the Registrar may strike the name of a company off the company register if he has reason to believe that it is not carrying on business or in operation. Before doing so, he will write formally to the company and publish notice of his intention in the official Gazette.
