All Right to Manage (RTM) companies located in England are required to adopt the model articles set out in (External)
‘The RTM Companies (Model Articles) (England) Regulations 2009' (SI 2009/2767)

Right to Manage Companies in Wales
All Right to Manage (RTM) companies located in Wales are required to adopt the model articles set out in (External)
‘The RTM Companies (Model Articles) (Wales) Regulations (SI 2011/2680)’
