19 January 2012 - Companies House leads on Government Environmental Agenda

Companies House is pleased to introduce an important development in heating technology at its Cardiff HQ , which has achieved significant benefits for the tax-payer as well as positive environmental impacts.

The biomass technology used dovetails with the government's sustainability programme and has met the demands of heating a large office environment at a markedly reduced cost. The project takes advantage of government grants available in all such cases that also helped make this change possible.

We wanted to bring this matter formally to the attention of all our customers and especially where your organisations may be considering a change of investment in this core technology or have an interest in sustainability.
