Electronic Incorporations Service

Since 5th October we have, over-all, had a successful launch to the new Companies Act. However, a number of customers have experienced delays with the processing of electronic incorporations.

We are very pleased to say that we are now processing incorporations normally, so once again please accept our sincere apologies for any delays and for any inconvenience that has been experienced.
