From 1 February 2005 the cost of filing your annual return by post will go up to £30, but you’ll only pay £15 to file it online. Click exit demo to return to www.companieshouse.gov.uk and register for WebFiling.

You will be sent a second email informing you that your data has been accepted or rejected. If your data is rejected the reasons will be included in the email.

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your data.

To set up a Companies House Account print off and complete the Online Filing Services Account Application Form. You will be invoiced monthly.
