Welcome to the Companies House WebFiling service.
Using WebFiling:

To use WebFiling you need to register to obtain a Security Code and Authentication Code.

The Security Code is sent immediately to your specified email address, the Company Authentication Code is sent by post to the company's registered office (normally within *5 working days). Both codes are required to sign in and submit data using the WebFiling service.

The following registration form types can be submitted online:
363a Annual Return (£15 charge), 225, 288a, 288b, 288c, 287, 353, 353a, 190, 190a, 88(2) and 123.
In addition the 363a Annual Return form has the following exceptions.

Data can only be filed online for company numbers that contain all digits e.g. 9000012, or are prefixed by SC e.g. SC123456.

Service Hours:
The service is available for the submission of data between 7am and midnight Monday to Saturday.
